INSTRUMENTALIDAD DE LA FUNCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA PARA EL LOGRO DE LA JUSTICIA SOCIAL

Abstract

In this study we will try to go futher in the conceptualization of Administrative Law with the emphasis of the legal importance of social justice, its current threats and the requirements that the common good imposes for its effective realization. But, the main enemy of social justice is political corruption. The main antidote against corruption in pursuit of social justice and the consequent assurance and guarantee of each and every human rights, is Ethics. It is necessary to advance in the construction of the new Administrative Law based on the essential reaffirmation of the centrality of the person and the administrative service for the achievement of social justice.
