This article analyzes “Pedidos Ya’s” membership advertising in Nicaragua, with the aim of identifying signs of an employment relationship in the context of digital platform labor. Through a qualitative approach, elements such as remuneration, the provision of tools, and the use of the application are examined, assessing their relation to autonomy and subordination. Although the advertising promotes flexibility, elements suggesting the existence of a dependent relationship are identified.
