Abstract

ABSTRACT: The aim here is to present an analysis of the access to water of indigenous people living in non-approved lands, based on a case study in the Arara Azul and Esperança communities, located in the municipality of Aquidauana in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. in this article to verify how the right to access water was effected from a legal perspective.
