About the Journal

The Journal of Fundamental Rights and Democracy (ISSN 1982-0496), published by the Graduate Program in Law (Master's and Doctorate) at UniBrasil, has established itself as an important national and international journal in the legal field. With a quarterly publication schedule, the journal stands out for publishing original and relevant articles in the areas of Constitutional Law, International Law, and Integration Law, always from the critical perspective of Fundamental Rights, Democracy, and Human Rights. Notice no. 01/2021 - Call for national and foreign articles

1. The call for original and unpublished articles for the Journal of Fundamental Rights and Democracy (Qualis A1), of the Postgraduate Program in Law at UniBrasil, is open. (https://revistaeletronicardfd.unibrasil.com.br).

2. The submitted articles must be approved in the double blind peer review system.

3. Articles must have at least one author / coauthor with a Ph.D. title, co-authored with a master's, master's or doctoral student. A maximum of two authors are accepted per article.

4. This call is open for articles:

4.1 in Portuguese and English by brazilian authors, except from Paraná; and

4.2 in German, Spanish, Italian, French or English by authors with affiliation with foreign institutions.

5. Articles must strictly observe the formatting rules indicated in the “Guidelines for Authors” and must be submitted through the journal's electronic system - OJS.
